“Oaks Pharmacy is my all time favorite pharmacy ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! They are so professional and courteous, they actually send me a text every month to let me know when my prescription is ready so that right there is another star from me because I am such a forgetful customer. The pharmacy is so clean and smells wonderful every time I walk in so there’s another star!
Today I was running late to pick up my prescription all the way from Seneca so I took a chance and called to let the pharmacist know I was running late hoping they would stay open for me and without hesitation he said he would wait for me to get there before he closed! I was so impressed and grateful because I was completely out of my medication and I’m advised not to skip a dose if possible so thanks to Oaks Pharmacy I could stay on track.
I highly recommend Oaks Pharmacy and I would give them 20 stars if I could so give them a chance because you won’t regret it!”
“I want to make sure management knows about jamie muise in shipping and receiving. This man is a hidden gem. I wanted to make a very large purchase would fit in the trunk of my wife’s traverse , but was unsure if it would fit in the back of my vehicle. I showed him what I wanted to purchase. He moved six loads of pallets out the way to get to the storage shed that I wanted to buy, and then he helped me measure the product that I wanted to buy, and then he help me get it loaded after I made my purchase, thank you so much for all that you’ve done and thank you for being patient and not saying that that’s not my job. “I had no idea this place existed. I usually use big namebrand pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens today. My daughter was prescribed amoxicillin. Unfortunately every single pharmacy that I called did not have it. Someone mentioned this store to me so I called them. They had the amoxicillin that my daughter needed, as soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted immediately by a very nice lady. I explained the situation to her and she helped me read on the spot. The pharmacist was also very helpful. When it came time to pay for the medication, the pharmacist himself came out and educated me on the medication, I was completely blown away as I have never been educated on any medication that I've picked up from any other pharmacy before by the pharmacist. As a nurse, I completely respect this and love it.”

“Being a mom can be stressful. Being a mom to a college student adds a little more stress. But when you are a mom to a college student in a different state, everything is more stressful. So when my daughter explained she was having problems refilling and paying for her insulin with our FSA card through the pharmacy app, everything became big. I quickly called the pharmacy, expecting the same response many give, that there was nothing they could do. However, not this time. Ben, the pharmacist on duty was amazing. He listened attentively to my situation, even providing feedback, so I know he was listening to me. He then reassured me rather than telling me there was nothing he could do or passing the buck as many do. Being a pharmacist myself I can honestly say it can be a difficult job. So easy to pass the buck or ignore request as they balance all the different roles they must fill. Ben did none of those. He reassured me that to ask for him and he would take care of her getting her insulin. He quickly had a solution that accomplished both getting the insulin my daughter needed and reassuring this mom. This warmed my heart. Thank you Ben for rocking the pharmacist role today. Keep up the amazing job. And if you live near Anderson and are in search of a good pharmacy, give Publix a call at Anderson Pavilion, they will take care of you.”
“Walgreens often has good deals and/or coupons available for online/mobile orders. There are also good deals in the store on various things...deals that really can't get any better without the product just being free. Anyway, at this specific location, my spouse and I were picking up mobile orders. The orders were ready quickly, and the young male working was super nice. I would and likely will return to this location. Also, it's clean and organized well.”
“Great experience with the pharmacist. He was genuinely concerned. Explained everything to me and left an open door to call him with anymore questions or concerns with the new medication . What’s more is that he noticed me checking my blood pressure while on the floor assisting another customer and he asked me about my reading when I came up to the counter, which wasn’t great. I really appreciated that. Pharmacy staff was also great!”
