“I go to tracker supply to wash my dogs frequently. The person, Elanda, who works at the cash register is extremely professional with very good soft skills and social skills. She is always smiling when I walk in the store and says, “Hello” and smiles when I walk out telling me to have a nice day. This is the second interaction I have had with her within two weeks of me coming to the store. There was also a female manager on duty as well and prior to me walking in the dog wash station, she set up the area and it was clean with a good amount of supplies. As she left the station, she also smiled and welcomed me in. Other staff there were doing other things in the store, so for me, it is good to see a manager work hard and do things that need to be done rather than delegate! Thanks for a great visit at your store.”
