My home printer stopped working and I quickly needed a document so of course Office Depot is where I go. I went in to the print counter. I was advised that I could print myself and the associate was happy to let me know if I needed his assistance he was there to help. It was a breeze. The instructions on the printer made the process easy and we were in and out!

The sales associate helped me find an item and also helped me join the rewards program. The amount saved made the items I purchased less expensive than the same items at a well-known big box store. Shopping was easy and pleasant. Having someone actually initiate helpful assistance is wonderful!
