Walked in to purchase at least two new mattress sets (king & queen), and was greeted by the gentleman working tonight. I shared with him that I was in the market for a new mattress set and that I have suffer from back pain sometimes. Before I could continue, the gentleman cut me off proclaiming he is not a doctor and that I should go see one instead. I asked if he was joking because his comment seemed funny to me yet without regard. He stated he wasn't joking. Seriously? I turned a left and went elsewhere. I was shocked by his behavior and felt sorry for others who encountered such lack of regard. This behavior seems to be a developing trend especially since just three weeks ago someone left the same review. Such a shame!

Went in prepared to spend $10,000 on 3 new mattresses but was met with a very rude man with a bad attitude. I went with their biggest competitor and now my kids and I are going to sleep good tonight. Mr. Mattress lost a huge sell today. Warning all my friends and family not to deal with them at all.

Our mattress purchase went great from start to finish. The salesman was helpful and informative. When we decided on a mattress it wasn’t in stock, but we were given a date a week out and then kept in the loop at every juncture. The company called the morning of delivery to give us a time, the driver called and gave us an ETA and delivered it at the time given. Great job on the delivery and disposal of our old mattress. Thumbs up guys! Highly recommend.

Go see Kevin in Anderson for excellent customer service, which hardly exists any more. We had an experience with bad customer service at the Easley location, went to Anderson store, and Kevin went above and beyond to help us. We'll be back for future mattress purchases!

The staff at Mr Mattress was very nice and professional. We were going to buy the most expensive mattress but the salesman asked about what we were wanting and found us the perfect fit….for not nearly as much. The delivery men were quick, courteous, and removed the old mattress. I would highly recommend this business!! Very good company and our mattress is SO comfortable!

Sam gave us a good deal on a queen mattress and box springs set and a full size set. He helped us choose the set that fits our needs as well as one for our guest or grandson's bedroom when he comes to spend the night. The sets were delivered the next day. Great service and quality mattresses.

They were super quick! Came in and out in less than 10 minutes and took the plastic right off in my home. Both delivery men were very nice and efficient! I can’t wait to recommend!!! I even got the mattress and two foundations for a fairly inexpensive price!

Our salesman Kevin was so helpful in narrowing down what we wanted to purchase. He gave us options within our price range, patiently explained the difference between mattresses, and gave us exact prices including taxes before it was time to pay. Excellent service!!

Tommy was very helpful. He was so knowledgeable and patiently answered the many questions that we had since we had not made a mattress purchase in so many years. Pricing was very reasonable and product was delivered in two days, fast and efficient. Highly recommend!
