So personable in showing us the unit and answered honestly to our questions. She truly exemplifies the customer service lacking in our society today. Midguard exceeds what we’re paying for at another location. Very happy we made the decision to change locations.”
“It was fine, but it took a lot longer to check in and do all the paperwork, considering I had done it all online already, and some of the figures didn't match. Preferable to U-Haul, though. When you make a reservation, it is a real reservation in that they hold the truck for you.”

“The lady was very nice and professional and they did have a busy day but she still very kind. This was my first time using a u-haul and she showed me how to work the ramp and everything else.
