I hate these kiosks!! If I wanted to use a computer to order my food I would use the app. McDonald’s customer service and their business model is terrible since Covid. Covid is over. Get someone to work the counter. I know inflation isn’t helping and wage pay but I’d ratherPay more and have my orderTaken inside by a human.

So gross. Takes forever for the food. The employees are careless and slow. Half of the food came out incorrect, and my boyfriend had a big Mac and Got food poisoning. Must be what happens when you start putting human meat into burgers. ⚠️
