“Thank you to Hailey and Joe for their great help. Hailey and Joe helped me mail 4 large luggages from South Carolina to Virginia. Two were put in boxes by UPS the other two mailed with locks I bought. They were pragmatic and quick to help.I first went to Clemson and the clerk at that location said he wouldn’t recommend mailing the luggages without a plastic wrap or locks. Fine I have to go elsewhere. I stumble upon the UPS in Anderson and while UPS does not wrap luggages,Joe very practically finds a solution and says “but we can box the luggages” GREAT! Joe helps me get the luggages on the scale while Hailey checks my items at the register. I ask whether she things I need to lock the luggages that are in boxes. Hailey again a practical solution says “I don’t think so but we can zip tie them if you want.” AMAZING. Hailey and Joe have excellent critical thinking. I rather drive further to go here than the Clemson location.”

She immediately picked up the scanner as I came up to the counter, I smiled, took my receipt and left. Under 60secs I was in and out of the store:)”
