I bought a toilet, paid to have Lowes install it. It was installed today and I noticed that it is leaking water from the tank. I called the store and spoke with Ty and let her know. She told me that I could Bering the toilet back. Really? I’m supposed to uninstall a fricken toilet that you installed incorrectly and now it’s leaking all over my bathroom, and then I’m supposed to throw it in my car and bring it back to the store? What the heck kind of customer service is that? I paid to have it installed properly. I requested to speak with someone else and she hung up on me. Then I called back and asked to speak with the manager only, but just sat on hold forever. I will never shop at Lowes again if this is how you treat people. Horrible customer service. Zero customer service.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and help with an item I wanted to purchase. There were several of us waiting. I was the first one there for 10 minutes. When the helper finally came, they just stopped at the first person they saw. Even though they were the last one to get there. The other person and I waited around for another 5 minutes. I eventually left without my item. Very disappointed. I purchased the item somewhere else.

Went to Lowe’s in Anderson on Clemson Blvd on 6/26 with the intent on purchasing a stackable washer and dryer. The associate there rang us up for $1758.20 in about 45 seconds. He really didn’t want to be bothered by customers. He knew we absolutely needed them stacked and didn’t put it on the order form. So when they were delivered on July 1st, they couldn’t be installed. Called that night and was told that they would be out on the 3rd between 4 and 8pm to finish the install. Got a text on the 2nd saying they would be here between 10am and 2pm. That will not work since my wife works overnights and will be sleeping. So now it won’t be completed until the 5th. I have almost 18 hundred dollars worth of non useable appliances in my laundry room and bedroom. Have to go to laundromat to wash my work clothes now because LOWE’S HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT INCOMPETENT . I will absolutely never shop there again. The Home Depot here I come. I’ll be needing a fridge, dishwasher, and new kitchen sink soon.

I was really, really, suprised, at Lowes. I have never been there without knowing that they did not have what I needed. They always have home improvement. They failed on seasonal items. I was looking for water toys for my grands! Actually, I was looking for a water slide or bounce house. I was disappointed. No water guns or nothing. Oh well I guess we have to go to a water park this year!

This is the best Lowe's I've shopped at. The manager (Dee) was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure I had everything I needed when he could've easily passed me off to an associate. Excellent customer service. Thanks, Sir!

May 11 2024 Went to the store to get a Kobalt 24v battery. Found them near the front, they had cables on them. Ask lady near cash register for help ( please go to customer service) . Went to customer service, ( we will call someone). Stood at battery for 15 more minutes until I talk to a 3rd Lowes associate. Called over the speakers for help, after 15 more minutes no help. Decided I should leave the store. Very bad customer service.
