Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Anderson, SC Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. This is the best Lowe's, with excellent customer service from patient, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Sales reps are always available to help and provide options. The tech guy that puts all their stuff together does good work. The store has many products for your home and gardens. However, some find the lumber business not what it used to be, citing instances of damaged products and unhelpful procedures. The store is seen as unorganized, with management sometimes lacking people skills and an uncommon sense approach to business. There is high employee turnover, with constantly training employees who then quit. Delivery can have some problems. There is an emphasis on sales and pushing credit cards over customer care.
Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for this man following us everywhere we went.

This is the best Lowe's I've shopped at. The manager (Dee) was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure I had everything I needed when he could've easily passed me off to an associate. Excellent customer service. Thanks, Sir!
