Love the East side Lowe's. Shout out to Kent at the pro desk. Top notch service, great all around guy. Goes above and beyond to help me and the company I work for.

hate this store but its the only gig in town. travel to the other side of town might be worth it as here they treat you like a criminal. Update. They now require you to self checkout and only have registers open in commercial end.

I went to this location this afternoon with my dad. I was talking to him about the camper supplies and two employees overheard me. I can only assume they thought I was talking to them with how awkward it was. The man I was speaking to was obviously a manager and told me there was no camper supplies and that I should go to Walmart…while I’m staring at them on the Lowe’s website on my phone. It said in stock at the Anderson location. The lady next to him had blue contacts in and just stared at us like we were idiots the entire time. I tried to explain I saw it on the website and apologized for them misinterpreting the question I asked my dad as a rude burst at them. It just got more uncomfortable. So I decide to go find the stuff myself because I was weirded out by their attitude. My dad even made a comment about how uncomfortable he was after the blue contacts lady got all huffy. Then the kindest most helpful employee offered to look on her mobile device and find the isle. Her name was Izzy and she was so sweet. If you can’t find anyone there that’s helpful ask for Izzy! She found the isle and once I got there I was so irritated about that manager brushing me off I just purchased my dad’s tools and left. I knew Home Depot was the better choice. If I ever go to Lowe’s again it will be because Izzy was so kind and helpful. Moral of the story the lady with blue contacts is rude, the older gray haired manager rude and dismissive and Izzy was the only one that helped. She should be a manager.

True to form ..place a special order wait almost two weeks and it showes up damaged and they feel its not there fault...and then tell you a replacement order could take up to 30 days to fill .. no apologies, nothing, just attude. This is the second time in 30 days they messed up the order and got upset because I refused to accept there garbage.. both times HOME DEPOT has stepped up and fixed the problem ....

"How was Lowe's Home Improvement?" Laughable...I went to buy a wrench in an odd size, readily available on the Internet or from Harbor Freight. I thought, no, Lowe's will be more knowledgeable and have a better selection. The cashier who asked if she could help was very kind. She pointed in the direction of tools and asked a co-worker to show me. He showed me the tools he knew about, did not suggest a wratchet instead of a wrench, then told me to go look in the appliance and plumbing section all the way across the store. I did. They didn't have it either. The appliance salesman told me to go to an appliance supply or repair store. It was just too funny.

I enjoy me a good Lowe's over HD. It's a more retail/contractor's store for this female. Their garden dept is hands down better.
