I don't like writing bad reviews. However, this was serious enough to post a review.
We had ordered flowers for a funeral in Anderson. We originally ordered them online through Expressions in Greenville who is always very punctual. Expressions said they could not service Anderson and sent the request (online florist network) to Valentines in Anderson on Saturday September 1st. The funeral was Tuesday September 3rd at 12:30pm. On Thursday September 5th we got a notification from Expressions who said that Valentines just called them and notified them that they never delivered the funeral flowers (2 days after the funeral service!).
How can this happen with such an important occasion? I'm just beside myself. Does anybody check incoming orders or messages at Valentines over the weekend? Even if the staff came in on Tuesday morning they still had time to make the funeral delivery. But to wait until Thursday, 2 days after the funeral, to notify us that they missed the delivery is unacceptable.
The owner of Expressions at least personally called me to apologize on behalf of Valentines for the mistake and refunded my money and asked if they could deliver the flowers to any of the family members homes as a courtesy.
Very disappointing.

This place is a scam do not order from them!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered and there is no working contact for them and have never heard back. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I ordered flowers from Linda's Flower Shop for my fiancé's birthday. They accidentally got delivered early. Upon calling to notify them of the mistake, they instantly apologized and offered to send another bouquet on the correct day! They indeed sent another beautiful bouquet and took care of us completely. Thank you so much! You made her birthday! 5 stars. Wonderful Customer service. Highly recommend. Will be a returning customer!

Ordered flowers 4-15-24 for a friend in the hospital. The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL!! Truly outdid my expectations! They had butterflies that really brighten my friends day! This is a wonderful florist! I highly recommend them!

Disappointed in the arrangement received. It is not an ugly arrangement but it did not have a single flower as advertised on their website as the "Divine Decadence Basket" nor even have the same vibe. I understand seasonal changes but specifically asked for cascading greens & ranunculus flowers and was assured "that wouldn't be a problem". They could have called. There are 8 roses and this arrangement was overpriced at $107. Used mums & other cheap grocery store flowers to fill it in.
