My car was hit with extremely bad hail damage several months ago. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and by the following Monday it was ready. The car looked brand new. Wendy the owner walked me through the entire repair process, the costs, kept me updated with everything. It’s a family owned small business that takes incredible pride in their work and service. My family now has a repair facility for all of our cars now. Plus there are office doggos! I loved it. I live in Greenville South Carolina, and I drove to Anderson South Carolina because of how highly they were recommended, so if you live anywhere in the upstate, cannot recommend this business enough. One thing do not look them up on yahoo because yahoo has the address (the city/zip) listed incorrectly (not the businesses fault but yahoo’s fault). Look them up on Google. 10/10 Highly Recommend. Customer Service, attention to detail, great owners. I can’t stop speaking that highly of this business and its owners.

Kelly Collison is the Best of the Best. They repaired our DODGE Ram 3500 after we hit a Deer. We had over $6,000 in damage. Today You can't tell it was in an accident!They are Professional, honest, so friendly, this family owned business takes care of its customers.Thanks Russell and Wendy

Wendy was so helpful to my husband & I. He had a wreck back in April & we took our truck there for repair. Our insurance ended up going against us & totaled the truck out. Wendy was helping us out so much & was willing to help fight for our truck with insurance. She is very honest, very helpful & just so nice.

Wendy and Russell did an amazing job getting my car fixed after being rear ended. I called got into their books and they ordered the parts needed. I was in and out within a week. If you have the unfortunate need to go to an auto body shop. I highly recommend using Kelly Collision.

Our car was delivered to Kelly's Collision after sitting at another body shop for 9 days with no estimate just parts removed and crammed inside of the car. I called Wendy and vented about the other body shop, she assured me she would get the car and take care of it. Wendy understood I was about business just as they are at Kelly Collision. Wendy "spoke my language" no lies or bs, complete honesty. My car was received late in the day and Wendy took the time to look at it and tell me it was structurally damaged not just banged up, but she wanted to get an estimate started to see if it could be fixed. By 400 pm the next day I got the news from Wendy that our car was totaled. She explained how bad the damage was and stayed at the shop so we could get our stuff out. Wendy treated us like FAMILY! She was professional, knowledgeable yet blunt. My type of business/boss lady! While I hope not to need Kelly's services anytime soon, I will definitely return if need be!Service: Body & Trim

I'm trying to find a shop to do the repairs that's already had All-State give me an estimate.. I didn't even get to my concern about my car and the lady interrupted me and assumes I'm unhappy about my quote and says that they will not go against what they quoted with an attitude.. after I get my chance to talk again I continue and explain I'm not saying anything other than I'm worried driving my vehicle as it is the lady goes "well I got so many people ahead of you I'm at least 2 months out I can't help you..Never even got to show the estimate to her about my 2 day fix..I know I wouldn't use this place now simply bc how rude she is and assumes without facts kinda person.. could only imagine how the important decision making on someone's family vehicle is not taken into consideration of the owner first..

They were very courteous and answered all of my questions. They were very helpful with my estimate and I got a quick answer, even though they had many cars that needed work done.Unfortunately, my insurance company totalled out my car. But they have high reviews, and I was very happy with their service and professionalism.I would definitely use them as my first choice, when I am in need of the kind of service they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and everyone!If you need body work done on your vehicle, and more, call Kelly Collision, LLC, and save yourself some time and trouble trying to find another repair shop, that might not except you, or can only see you months down the road.They have quick turn around time. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, that are out of their control. At times, and in today's economy and all, sometimes parts take a longer time to get there than expected. But this is true anywhere you go.So definitely, call Kelly Collision 1st! You'll be glad you did!!

Nice lady, so gave them at least 2 stars, but, they had my truck for a full week just to replace a headlight assembly. Went to pick it up & truck hadn’t been touched. When I signed the paperwork & paid deductible, before I saw my truck, I was told it was all done & “we found no other damage” not sure how that was possible when the truck appeared to have not moved all week long. Guess they have no QC on the completed work, at least not on mine! Granted, they got the truck back in the shop & it was ready in about an hour wait time, but to not have the repair done after a full week is just unacceptable. I hope others have a better experience, but I hope no one needs a body shop at all, regardless who the body shop is!Services: Electrical
