As I had trouble finding the item I was looking for. I was a random employee, unfortunately interrupting his busy work. He was instantly helpful and gave clear instructions on where it is. “These guys have great customer service! We bought a log splitter in the morning and within an hour it began to spew oil. We went back to the store with the log splitter and they immediately gave us another one. The problem was a factory issue and we are happy that we can continue to cut up all of this wood from the storm! Thank you Tim and staff at Tractor Supply!”
