Checked in online upon leaving work because there was a 40-min wait. When I got there, the door was locked and a sign up saying they were closing early due to being short staffed. How about disabling online check in or calling the people on the list to let them know not to come? Totally absurd.

Let me check in online and then when I got there for my appointment had a sign in the window saying closed due to short staff. Absolutely pathetic. Staff inside and didn't come out to acknowledge the fact I was checked in. This is why I stopped coming. Great Clips is the big lots of hair cuts

Great Cips more like Worst Clips. I HAD a mullet when I walked in and wanted to get the side trimmed up. I asked for a fade on the side and Liz cuts the back of hair with no remorse. Then once I decided to go ahead and cut all the way around and leave the top she leaves a bowl cut look and I walked out unhappy and a terrible haircut. Worst haircut of my life.

Excellent professional service with a very courteous hair stylist. Janasia has cut my hair twice & does excellent work. The young lady is a great representative of Great Clips.
Stylist: Janasia is a true asset to Great Clips. I hope I'm fortunate enough to have her cut my hair next time.

friendly staff, attentive, professional as well as friendly.
Stylist: Katrina did an excellent job. Her technique on shampoo and conditioning was perfect, so much so I was feeling sleepy! ?
She took time to listen to what I wanted and delivered! I will ask for her next visit.

This place is a freaking joke. My 2 boys went in to get a hair cut(more of a trim). One came back out with absolutely no hair and a fade line that was definitely not faded. So when I called and asked about it they was so rude!!!! We will not be back to this location!!!! You definitely need to learn some customer service skills ?

This location has the best atmosphere of any Great Clips I have been to. The other one in Anderson is chaotic and some of the stylists are rude, but the stylists here are friendly and smiling. The wait is 100 times better, and I will be bringing my husband and son here from now on. Thank you, girls!

Took a friend's son to donate hair. They measured it dry ( supposed to be wet when measured). Refused to cut it since it was 3 inches too short. Took him straight to Great Clips near the mall they did everything correctly and he was able to donate.
