This isn't really my type of content but it might really help you.Stay away from Gosnell Automotive on Jackson Street.I had to wait weeks to get my car on the lot. After it being there a week, I went in and asked if a quote could be ready before next weekend, but didn't get to ask. I was "asked to leave" and was pushed out the door and my key thrown at me almost as soon as I walked in. You would really think I was crazy for wondering if two weeks, on the lot, would be enough for a quote. He then went nuts and called his employees out. I had my wife leave because she was in danger and even not, if this happened, I couldn't take 6 on at 18 so I know I am not taking winning against 9 at 30 with no anger in me.I managed to get my car that didn't run out to the roadside to wait for the tow truck. This is when his daughter, I think, grabbed a stick and continued to threaten that I needed to get out of there now. This is when the police showed up and I was finally able to call a tow AAA couldn't hear over the yelling as there were four of them yelling at me by the roadside. Finally got towed after they cussed the cop, the tow truck driver, and a random lady pulling into their lot.His son Chez who is a firefighter in Greenville, then spent the night DM'ing me from his firefighter profile, hence the private profiles on my social's now.I cannot review the company on facebook as they blocked me while I was waiting for the tow truck so this is your warning. Stay away from Gosnell Automotive and anyone with Gosnell in their name it seems.

Fast service, went to them once. Corrected the first mistake on the job and were honest about it and did not charge me. The second mistake something went wrong with the evap system they just worked on, went to my usual guy after multiple failed attempts to get a quote or just talk to Freddy about my new code that popped up. Ended up being a faulty part they installed, I paid for it in the end.
