We have been to Home Depot twice now and both times we asked for help with something and NO shows up or even bothered to help so NO more of my business. This is the Anderson store... I guess we should have pretty much got the same treatment at the Greenville ( Woodruff rd) store. But no more.

Manager Mark Dorsey not only dropped the ball in managing an install project that should have taken 2 weeks to complete, and took 4 MONTHS, he made up reasons to keep our demo refund and submitted false information to his corporate office when I asked them to review their process in behalf of others. 4 MONTHS!! They do not have an honest or customer oriented culture. I'm happy to become a Lowe's customer.

In today's world where customer service doesn't seem to matter I want to just say that I was at Home Depot Monday and Cheryl in Flooring was on top of the game, knowledge and customer service. To Home Dept: she's one of your gems!If the rest of my flooring goes well it will be the first complete job in a very long time with no headaches. Fingers crossed!

Placed an order online for curbside pick up. It was an easy process. I got a text and an email within an hour of placing my order saying that it was ready. When I arrived at the store I parked in the curbside pick up parking space and let them know that I was there. My order was brought out within a few minutes. Easy and fast service.

Kathy in the paint department is awesome! She was not only helpful but very patient and calmly took care of the mounting number of customers. She deserves recognition! Also, young man at self check was pleasant and helpful. This was today just before 2 p.m.

Online orders for pickup at store is always a disaster. They were out of the Ryobi battery pack but had the fans in stock. Store associate told me I had to order online so I ordered online but had to pick store pickup. Hours after the order, the store canceled the fan but stuck me with the battery which I could not cancel. I drove to the store and they still had three fans in stock. Manager said there was nothing she was willing to do. The reality is that no one went to get the fans.

Management has a culture of "I don't care". They do not fulfill online orders for store pickup. My third attempt this time for something I knew for sure they had in stock. I placed an order for the Ryobi battery starter pack and the free tool fan. The battery pack had to ship to store but the fan was verified in stock since I was in the store when I placed the order. Hours later they canceled the order for the fan claiming it was out of stock but sticking me with the battery. I went to the store and they had three in stock. I carried one to the customer care center and asked for a manager. They said they were not willing to do anything. Now I have to wait for the battery pack to come in and return it since I got burned for the free add on tool. They refused to allow me to cancel the battery portion

Looking at the cub cadet ZT1 42” last week it was $3299. 2 days later, $3399, 2 days after that, $3499. Today it is $3599. Cubcadet and tractor supply are still selling them for $3299. Wanted to put it on our Home Depot charge, but won’t be buying it there, now. ????? they say they can’t price match as the $3299 was their sale price?? WTH they have a new price ever other day..ar3 those sale prices too? Ugh!

I really enjoy Home Depot they always have a great garden section awesome employees Keven and Mike were especially kind to me today and loaded up my truck as soon as I paid for the pallet I love finding the garden deals

Home Depot is, so friendly they let you even bring your pet in also they give free bottle of water in the summer when it's so hot outside maybe even in the winter
I don't know, but they probably do
I have a huge selection and very competitive prices, I'm happy with everything I've got in there.

Buyer beware bought an item in here that was previously used and bent for full price there should be rules against this if I wanted a used product I would buy it at a yard sale or a pawn shop

Waited 15 min for 1 person to show up to cut wire. Never came. Met 2 people in aisles . One said he didn’t have time. I e said he would call dime o e. Never did. Went to rug dept and they paged. No one came. Finally motioned for someone on other side of store to come. Didn’t know what he was doing.
