  Paid for an important document to be delivered two day express on Friday. FedEx is saying delivery will be Tuesday. The package is sitting in a fed ex facility 15 minutes away and they are unwilling g to deliver it to the destination. Will never use fed ex ever again. Terrible service ! They won't even refund my money

  absolutely ridiculous that they would entirely close down for lunch, and not reopen until long past the posted time. it's the only fedex shipping center in anderson, tho, so that's how they get away with it. rude staff, long wait, overpriced services. would never have gone here if it weren't for a work task.
