Update since I cannot reply to their response. - Their response shows the lack of desire to work with small businesses. It is all about money and big businesses with the generic response.Don't know why they changed to not allowing in store shopping. As a local business owner in Anderson it was nice to be able to go and get what you needed. Fastenal has become useless company to use. After countless years using them as an Engineer in the Aerospace/Automotive companies I worked for and I once enjoyed using them as a small business owner but no more.

Went here to see about picking up some tap magic. Can't go inside doors locked. Obviously they don't want my companies business! Fine, I'll go elsewhere.

Worthless don't waste your time. Store says they close at 3 I'm in the parking lot at 245 doors locked employees sitting around talking.

Friendly people. Takes a bit to receive items from time to time when we place larger orders, otherwise, good service.
