Delivered a faulty dryer! Door is dropped down 2 inches and won’t seal! Tech said it’s unfixable but Electrolux won’t replace it. Dealing with this over a month- falling on deaf ears!

I worked for Electrolux Warehouse in Anderson for over a year. I can tell you that if you just want/need a paycheck, they have decent pay and you are paid weekly. Show up, show up on time and you will have a job…until the layoffs or the shut downs, which are multiple times a year. The management is toxic and do not have an open door policy of allowing employees to reach out to any supervisor, even in the cases where you may not be comfortable with your supervisor or your supervisor can’t do nothing about the issue at hand. Your input is not valued.It was disappointing. I enjoyed my co-workers and was sad to leave them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company did not show up and work on my product even with a confirmation number and scheduled time that I made. I have a warranty that I can't use due to the incompetence of this company. I lost time and money due to taking off of work to accommodate the schedule of this company. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I'm sharing my experience all over the place so everybody thinks twice before they buy an Electrolux appliance. Here is my story freezer under a Year's warranty Frigidaire Electrolux parents company broke two weeks before Thanksgiving lost all my Thanksgiving food nobody's helped with that one yet. Servicemen have been here five times broken parts wrong Parts can't fix it whatever still broken do not buy an old trucks freezer think twice I'm including pictures of all the parts I've gotten

Competitive wages, hours, and vacation. 3+ weeks a year mandatory out of work per shift without always certifying unemployment for employees. Leaves employees without a way to feed their families or pay bills. If you need long term work, there are lots of turn overs

Surprised they have any finished products leave with the lack of communication. My first day they didn’t receive any of my paperwork so wasted 2 hours of gas to start 2 days later . Since nobody was told to stay over 4 days ago , the whole section was fired for “walking off their job at normal hours”
