What a great experience we had at Diamonds-N-Gold Direct ! My wife and I walked in with a design idea for a gold and diamond ring for her. In just over 2 weeks we walked out with a fabulous custom-made ring – that fit both the design criteria and our budget. During the process Donna was our primary Sales contact, however we were fortunate enough to meet and work with the store’s owners (the Stitzmans), additional support staff, and the Ukrainian artisan who actually crafted our ring. This orchestra of people truly define what “a family business” is all about – they are not all related, but they function as a family. They work in unison to provide true service to the customer. Seeing them perform together, and their dedication to a common goal reminds one of the service that used to exist in America decades ago. I have had the opportunity to travel around the country, and around the world - but am so pleased that we found this gem of a jewelry store right here in Anderson. We would highly recommend Diamonds-N-Gold for anyone’s jewelry needs. Thank you so much.

I have used this store for several things: jewelry repair, resizing, cleaning, and purchase of new jewelry. Every time I was blown away at the customer service. They are knowledgeable and took the time to show and teach me about my jewelry! They are honest and upfront, so I didn’t experience any “surprise/hidden” expense or problem! I will continue to support this company. Thank you for all your help!

Very shocked as the way I was treated when I went into this store. Never again will I do business with them. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Everything I have ever had repaired there I always had to take it back several times. Never repaired correctly and this last experience I purchased a 2,000 diamond and the entire top broke off only wore 6months. They would not stand behind their product as it was a poor design to begin with. Fortunately & Luckily my daughter in law found the diamond.

This was my first time in their store, I went to pick up a necklace for my husband that he had dropped off for repair. While I was there, I saw all the beautiful estate jewelry that they had, and I really loved a diamond anniversary band that they had on display. I went home, talked to my husband, and went back to the store 2 days later and the ring was already sold! Donna had been helping me and she said she’d be on the lookout for something similar…she contacted me the next day about another ring that they just got in- I loved it more than the original one that I saw!Thank you Donna for looking out for me and thank you to the wonderful jewelers who sized it that same day!Wonderful experience!!

My favorite place to go for jewelry repairs, designs and deals! Donna Harmon is the BEST! She keeps me updated on my repairs and lets me know when there is something she knows I will like.We moved a year ago from Charleston and it was hard to find a friendly and reputable jewelry store like we found in Barry’s of Charleston but this has now become our newBarry’s because of the trust, service and quality they provide to their customers.

I have traded many ring that I no longer wear and have gotten what I believe to be top dollar in trade for rings they sale. I happen to love the estate jewelry because you can find truly unique pieces which I love, but they also love all there new items as well. They really do have something for everyone and truly great prices. I also can't say enough about their wonderful staff. I highly recommend thus store

I have bought several things here and LOVE all of them. They even made my son a custom made gold diamond baseball plate that he loves and get so many compliments on. Donna and Melissa helped me reset a precious family heirloom opal ring that I had forgotten all about. After several failed attempts to restring two strands of antique pearls by a local jeweler I have done business with for years, two friends recommended D&G Direct. I enjoyed talking with the staff, felt confident in their skill, and ended up taking additional pieces to them for resizing and polishing. One request was especially difficult but they happily worked on the piece until I was satisfied. I enjoyed browsing their inventory and highly recommend their services.
