Received a text saying my prescription was ready for pick up. I arrived and they told me they would have to redo it but they weren't going to get to it until after lunch. I later tried calling to confirm it was ACTUALLY ready for pick up and stayed on hold for 15 minutes until giving up. I rarely have a positive experience with this CVS

This pharmacy is NOT recommended! Order everything online to make sure it's done. Employees don't put in prescriptions and they never call the doctor as promised. It's a joke

We used automated ordering for a prescription approx. 4 days before my husband was out of the medicine. Went to pick it up and was told it was out of stock. When we questioned the Pharmacy Manager, she became very defensive and stated she didn't want to "argue" with us because she "was having a bad day". The very same thing happened again last week and we tried to ask her questions about ordering the medication, she stated she had already argued with us before and stated that we needed to take our prescriptions to Walgreens. I called 1-800-SHOP-CVS and filed a complaint and asked for a call back from the district leader. It's been 5 days and no feedback. The Pharmacy Manager needs to be less defensive and more accountable. Oh and Walgreens needs to pay CVS for advertising for them because we are definitely switching all of our prescriptions across the street.

Terribly slow and incompetent service. I have had messages that my prescription is ready for pickup only to be told once I get there that they are out of stock and I have to come back at a later time. Save your time and sanity by not coming this CVS.

Really poor service. Prepare to wait 1/2 hour to pick up your prescription. They need some instruction from Chic-fil-a.

Just don't waste your time going here, simple as that. I could list so many reasons but the main one is because the lady here just shouts your medication over the counter and the whole store knows what you're there for.

I needed to pick up the prescription and I presented the insurance to the female pharmacist she just said that the file was not update ... if wanted - had to pay full price of medicine- I have same insurance over 18 years - Not sure why people go to work ... would better stay home ...with one call she could verify the information she need from my insurance. I love my work and what I do.

I really love the staff at CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacy dept. knows me by name, they don't have to ask me. Only thing I have to tell them is my birthday. They are very helpful and answer all my questions. I really appreciate Ashley, Jamilla, Nicole, Wendy, every one of these people work in the Pharmacy. I highly recommend them!!

Manager and his staff are both incompetent and rude. Stood at the Covid checking for 15 minutes while they were stocking shelves. When they addressed me, they were rude and uncooperative. Will never come back to this store again.
