Don’t like that there isn’t a staff running the place in person. And the access hours are inconsistent. There are a lot of people that go in and out of the units with shopping carts and seem to have access to the units that they’re living in at all hours of the night. And the people that live in those units offer help hoping to get paid. Makes me extremely uncomfortable. There are people walking their dogs there like it’s a dog park. Don’t understand why there is a gate if it always stays open. we pulled up a few minutes before 11pm our access to the unit was cut off to unload our belongings after being told we had access till midnight.

Don’t store anything with this company. They ruined all of my family heirlooms , paintings and from my late mother’s home. Gone forever and all they offered was $2000 insurance check . A few years ago we had a cold weather event and this place let temp get down to freezing during a power outage . So all the pipes froze and sprinklers filled the building . No generator for backup power . Asleep at the wheel . And no one onsite . I put this stuff in there to be safe secure and cared for until i could move it out of state and now it’s all lost . Do not use this company

Hurricane Helene left me with need for self storage unexpectedly. Had technology/ internet / access problems. John was great. Helped so much, was patient and even offered to stay past his shift to assist. He made a hard day a little easier. Thanks

The Customer Service that Taleed showed during this experience is EXCELLENT. He is both were very knowledgeable and understanding, but most of all KIND. I had never rented a storage shed much less a Smart storage shed. I wish every business had someone like him. Thank you so so much!!! Will definitely recommend StoreEase to everyone.

The main complaint is that there were no working lights on the hall at the unit that was rented to me. So my movers had to move everything in with our phone flashlights. I called to report this to the company and was told a work order would be done. Never fixed. I sent an email about it. No response. Never fixed. So after a few months, I moved out and called to complain and asked for someone to call me to discuss a partial refund (moved out early in the 3rd month). Was called by a second worker who told me someone with refund authority would call. No call. Charged the full payment for that 3rd month. Again, movers had to move property out using flashlights.
There is no worker physically present on property. There were other issues, too, (including the high rental costs,) but I will just leave some advice; I would not recommend this place. There are many others to choose from.

Had some issues with the website signing up but sent a message through the website contact form and received a call shortly afterwards from Sparks offering to get everything set up over the phone. Sparks was helpful and quickly set up my account and I was able to access my unit that day. The unit and facility at East West in Anderson SC are nice and conveniently located for me. So far so good. I would highly recommend.
