Great place, I hope the rest around America the same. Every time I talked to an employee, they were professional, polite, and very helpful. At the end, had some difficulty, but, that was me. There again, the team was great. If I ever need another storage place. I will look for you.

So easy on a Sunday I go down there find the unit I want where I can back my trailer up to it very easily get the number off of it come back home sign up get the unit number that I wanted and started moving without talking to anyone. Cool!

Very clean facility and professional staff. The units work well for my needs. The only issues is the bathroom, they are not clean and not easily accessible. I concluded my service because prices were going up after six months. I understand the rationale but since I moved into my new home it worked out for me to move out of storage. They also made the move out easy.

Renting storage between moves could not be any easier than with Lee Ellen. She made sure I got two units as close together as possible. Greg and Darius were very professional and pleasure to talk with. They helped me set up my account with ease in a matter of minutes. It was a nice change of pace to speak to someone with a good attitude who's actually eager to help in todays society. After going through the setup process, paying for the unit and administration costs, I downloaded the app and was walked through setting it up. A few hours later, I go to unload the first load into my unit A01 and the lock doesn’t work. After several minutes of trying to unlock the unit I call customer service and have to leave a message. After waiting for a while and no one calling me back, I place a second call to customer service and was offered a replacement unit for an additional charge to my credit card. I declined the additional charges and left with a load of items still sitting in my truck bed. I was told the charges were reversed and put back on my credit card. It hasn’t shown up yet. I will keep you updated.

Love the self aspect, but there should be more than 1 cart in the entire building. Also can’t get into the bathroom and no one ever answers the phone to help

I just moved my items from the StoreEase units in Anderson. I was a little concerned using the app to open the doors and my unit. I couldn't believe how easy it was and how helpful the staff was through the whole process. Great place and staff. I really reccomend using the Anderson facility for your storage requirements.

Best storage I’ve ever used! Peyton was incredible, called me right back and followed up with me later to make sure I was taken care of! I run a business so storage is important and I’ll definitely be getting more units here!
