So basically I worked here for two months. Did three weeks of training. Met all my goals etc. The gm had a issue with me because of my race and basically it's all black people there. I had a few incidents where I had to call HR because of how I was treated. Friday I met all my sales goals. Saturday I came in open store inventory etc and suncom boss Trevor came in and fired me at will and refused to give me a reason for termination and called the cops on me. Today contacted HR and still won't get a response from anyone. And I have messages proving it

Watch out a women there will tell you certain accessories comes with the phone then she charges you for it. When you see this and bring it back she tells you it is a nonrefundable item. Then state that she will cops on you if you dont leave with the item. When asked to speak with management get told she is the manager. When asked to speak with or have contact info for their boss get told no. Today is a Sunday hopefully management will get in touch with me. I have been a happy customer for over 6 years until now.

My husband and i came in and Hanna approached my husband first and Sara approached me.Hanna was very professional and knew her stuff. However Sara jumped in and made both sales even though I feel like Hannah should have got credit for my husband's purchase. Hanna is so sweet and professional and answered all our questions. I will definitely be back to see her and only her.

Hi there! Samantha assisted me as soon as she saw me did not hesitate on bringing me into cricket I started a new line today she was very patient with me explained everything about the phones and prices great customer she explained to me that shes still new only been there a month but I couldn’t tell she had great customer service I believe she is gonna be a wonderful asset to the company
