I purchased a pre-loved Iphone 11 at the Boost Moble at South Main in Anderson for $410 in January, 2023. It immediately showed the battery was losing power. I visited the store several times but there was a sign on the door that said "out for a while". I waited several times but no one showed up. I began calling the 90 day warranty number and could not get any results. Then I decided to go to The Apple Store for a new battery paying personally for this because I wanted to fix this phone. The Apple Store told me that they couldn't repair because the phone had been broken into and the battery clips were missing. Can anyone tell me what to do? I wasted $410 plus many hours of time?

Horrible customer service, I waited a week to get wifi box for my mom, finally got approved and the girl wouldn't give it to me cause of my attitude, you can't deal with customers then why are you working in customer service, I'm not going to stop till they get rid of her she is embarrassing horrible person,I can see why.
