I think if those are Ms. Troy Sons that work at Her Store one of them are RUDE and Unprofessional he always have a chip on his shoulder an when he speaks rudely I treat him the same way an then he refuses to serve well this is not the only store even tho I believe you all are RELATED! Ms. Troy you know me Very well, I’ll be back when you are working that Son of yours needs to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM YOU???

I visited this store with a cousin just because I am into beauty in general and wanted to see what they had for sale. We walked around for ten minutes or so looking at various items, saw lots of wigs and some hats on the back wall. I ran across a 32 ounce bottle of baby shampoo for $1.99, got it and bought it. I like finding bargains. Noticed JD Fashion at 28 bypass and South Main(28 hwy), went in side and saw they had much of the same stuff. Saw a good selection of electric hair trimmers which I did not know were available in the brands they had.

Ms. Troy personally picked out some hair for me that she claimed was 100% human and would curl for my boho braids. I paid $200 for some hair that was trash! It didn’t curl at all and was matted within a day. I had to use perm rods and dip the ends to get a little curl. Then when I came in to tell her about it, she was very rude on the phone. Told me to take my hair out and bring it back to her. I didn’t even use most of it. Customer service terrible! I will never come back.

I'm new to the area and wanted to explore different beauty supply stores. I will have to say that this store had a lot of hair products to choose from and wigs however......I was followed and watched while I was looking around. The woman who followed me was the one who checked me out (I bought a couple of cheap things so I could speak with her). I made her aware that I did not appreciate her following me around the store as if I was stealing and I would not be back. She did not respond just kept ringing up the eye liners. I had to explain to my daughter that this type of treatment is unacceptable and I/we do not have to deal with whatever we are given. There are other options out there they need my money I don't need theirs.

The male in the store is prejudice and do not like black people. This man threw the pack of hair at me that I requested to see. I asked for some eye trimmers and he became irritated and said just get out!!! I would like to give a zero because this man was very very nasty!!! I actually went over to JD’s fashion and they were the best! I will definitely continue to do business with JD fashion and definitely will not give any more of my hard earned money to beauty world in Anderson!!!Beauty world in Anderson rate is 0000-0

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review because I have spent a lot of money at this store. I wish I could give it 0 stars. My mom recently went in there and was followed by one of the owners, female, assuming that my mom was coming to steal. When my mom confronted her, the woman began to yell claiming that she is losing money and wanted to make sure she wasn’t stealing anything. My mom wasn’t even in the store for long and when she told her that a review would be made about her actions the woman continue to yell and repeatedly told my mom to get out. She left and we and our family will no longer be spending our hard earned money here ever again.

Mrs Troy is very prejudice. After she get your money, she can't even wait for you to exit out the store before she start talking bad about you. Oh and don't be African American and touch something on the counter she gone come behind you when you leave and start wiping down.
