I WAS HACKED. Thinking I placed an online order December 31, 2023, I was upset that It was not delivered. I got an email about January 6, 2024 but no response after! Spoke with someone and foun out their order numbers begin with 00. She said to check with my bank. SO BE CAREFUL. Bath&Body has been great!

The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I went for BOPIS but ended up getting more SAS items. Very clean. Sizeable store. Fully stocked. Great location ??

Karla was the cashier and I didn't catch the lady as I walked in her name but she was very pleasant....BOTH ladies made my shopping trip an awesome experience...PLUS I hit the 75% off Christmas sale which was really nice.Saved more than I spent and thanks for having such sweet employees...Helpful as well

Ordered my sale items online during this past week, received a text when ready to pick up. Was greeted upon arrival, at customer check out desk where I picked up my items and upon leaving the store had one of the nicest conversations with one of the employees at Anderson Mall location in Anderson, SC. On December 7, 2022, I went to this store looking for Christmas gifts. I was helped by 3 young women Jamie, Katy, and Neva..I may have misspelled their names. They were so kind in helping me. Thank you to all of them. This is very nice store, clean, smells awesome, and is well stocked. I will be going back again. Thanks for the customer service and Kindness!!!!

went pick up online order first time I order online through them or at their store I was unaware had wait til received confirmation it was ready only one item than next day receive email was cancel item not in stock wish they had way list online if out stock before ordering

Hard time finding this store by driving directions and maybe I did not read the mall marquee well but I entered and went into the opposite end of the mall. Upon finally arriving to the store it was smaller than the ones I am used to attending but had everything I was looking for. Checkout was quick and I always love their specials. There was no one to greet me upon entering which I am used to at most other B&BW locations, however, all the staff that I saw appeared to be busy. I would visit this location again.
