Staff is great. I have had my bank account at Bank of America for over 30 years. I prefer the teller to know me by name. It protects my account. This branch prides itself in paying attention to each customer immediately as they enter the branch!

Pretty quick considering how packed it was , just hate how they put the two drive thru ATMs in the same lane and it causes you to about wreck if there are people who risk rushing or want to get out before you. People are rude in the drive thru ATMs nowadays

Can someone please tell me why this location only has 2 tellers working EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY knowing they’re going to have customers lined out of the building (on top of being the only bank ever to close early on a FRIDAY at 4:00) ?!?! Even on a regular business day this location is slow but Friday's are the worst. This is completely preventable with a little consideration for their customers by at least scheduling 3 tellers considering they have 4 teller stations … Meanwhile they always have AT LEAST 3-4+ other employees working in the building just standing around socializing with one another doing absolutely nothing to actually assist all the customers standing in line…THERE ARE CURRENTLY 21 people in line including myself.On top of this they charge my staff to cash their paychecks that are from THEIR OWN BANK.Needless to say I’ll be making a switch of banks this coming week as I’ve been waiting 3 months to see improvement and instead it just gets worst on every visit.

Closes before most people get off of work. 9 AM-4 PM weekdays, Saturday closed by 1 PM, and closed Sunday. Ridiculous.

Went this morning to get a direct deposit slip for a job and a clerk at the desk was rude Bc my address wasn’t the same as on my license? So she had a nasty attitude the whole time I stood in front of her.. why work with the public if your goin to be rude?

Don't use this bank they stole my savings account with 200k in it. I've tried multiple times to get my money back without any luck now I'm homeless because of these people! These people are nothing but criminal's! Use the federal credit union (non profit bank) or mobile banking. Whenever I get back on my feet I'm suing this branch into the ground!

This ATM never works is is constantly requiring repairs. Bank of America went out of the way to put in a second ATM then can't keep it operational. Typical for this bank and for this branch. I have another account at the credit union and the service, equipment, and everything else is far superior.

Seems that Bank of America makes up their own rules now! I went in to cash a check from a client and according to them, non account holders can not cash checks over a certain amount. Money is money and it should not matter! I closed all of my accounts at BOA because of their horrible business practices and even worse customer service! When I asked for something showing that policy, they couldn’t produce anything! Figures!

Filled out online mortgage application just to see where I was etc. However, loan representative basically didn’t care to help me at all. Yet my credit was ran for nothing because I never got an return email or call telling me what I needed to do or if I needed to contact someone else for help. Makes me really think twice about staying with BOA!!

I is very difficult to get to someone in person. Everything is automated. BOA customer service is horrible. I'll move my money to other bank.

If you want personalized customer service don't come here. Went in requesting to talk to an account representative in person about a checking account issue. Teller stated that there would be no one available until the 15rth . I asked why and the only answer I got back was they were not at liberty to say. Ok, so I will take my liberties and accounts to another bank that cares about customer service. Also highly recommend if you are new to the area to go to a local bank and not a national chain. Local banks care more about their customers.
