I came here to purchase an alternator for my 1996 Toyota 4runner. This alternator didn't work, so I had them swap it out for another one. The 2nd alternator didn't work either. 6 days later I went to a mechanic and they discovered that Autozone sold me the wrong alternator . The amperage was too low for my truck. I.had to get a 3rd alternator through a mechanic. Thanks to the mechanic my truck is finally running. I will never go to any Autozone again , clearly they have no idea what they are doing! If you want the right parts, please go to another auto parts store.
