We began using AOne ATM several years ago. We were struggling to keep the ATM's balanced that were located in our SEG locations. AOne ATM came to our rescue and saved us hours and hours of frustration in balancing and keeping the ATM's in working order. Outsourcing this function for our credit union was one of the best things we did. Albert and Vance are the best. This is a great company that cares about credit unions!

AOne ATM is a fantastic company to work with! Their professional team is super responsive. They have installed beautifully branded ATMs on-site in our SEG locations all over the US including North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and California. They've eliminated the hassle of ATM management. Everything is handled in a timely manner and our energies are able to be focused elsewhere allowing us more time to get other things done. I especially love the branded, customized display screens that allow us to tailor personalized messages and offers to different SEGS. Our members love the refreshed look and enjoy fee-free transactions. It also is an amazing advertisement as a whole to those within the SEGS who haven't joined yet. AOne ATM is top-notch and if you are looking to outsource your ATMs, look no further! Big shout out to Albert Howard--you're the best!

A-One ATM is a wonderful company to work with. They have placed ATM's in countless business partners for our credit Union. Vance, Albert and the rest of the team are super easy to deal with and very reliable. I would definitely recommend working with them.

I went to an ATM at the Refuel #45 in Camden SC on October 9th 2020 and at that time processed a withdrawal in the amount of $100. The ATM did not dispense the funds and I was charged $2.50 for processing fee, a total of $102.50. To this date, nearly 2 months ago, I have still not received my money back from this network error on the AOne ATM. They acknowledged that their system showed that I was not given the money at the time of the transaction yet I have been calling repeatedly since this date and they assured me that the situation would be rectified. Now it has gotten to the point where no one even returns my calls or answers the phone when I call. I have kept a certain level of professionalism throughout this whole process yet it has not been returned to me. I do not understand how any respectable company would allow a matter of $100 to define who they are as a company. It is senseless, if the shoe was on the other foot I would have ensured that the customer was refunded in a timely manner. It just disqusts me that that there are criminals out there who are incarcerated for taking $20 from someone yet a respectable company takes $100 from someone and makes no attempt to right their wrongs.. so my question is who's the real criminals nowadays?
