Stephen in the service department was just short of a Christmas miracle! He handled towing, and all details and fixed what was needed and it was completely covered as an extended warranty concern. Had he not shared that, we would’ve assumed it was a costly repair. Can’t recommend Anderson Ford Service Dept more! Wish they had a 6th star option.

Absolutely excellent service from the minute I walked in the door until they came and picked me up and took me back to get my car when they were finished. I highly recommend Ford service department to anyone.

Excellent service from Anderson Ford when they updated the PCM for my truck per the recent recall notice. They made it super easy because they scheduled it at a time where they could come to where I work and perform the update in the parking lot. The tech arrived on time and was super friendly and helpful.

Service has went downhill and everytime I go in the services I request are never the same, oil change prices change by up to 80 dollars everytime I go in ?

Went in for recall on the rear camera on my 2017 Mustang GT Convertible. Recall paperwork and Ford online said camera and cables should be covered under recall. Anderson Ford said I’d have to pay for the camera and installation. Always something it seems. But with that being said they treated me good and the work was good.

I was notified of a safety recall on my 2014 F150 truck. I received a letter instructing me to contact my local Ford dealer. I called them and they scheduled a technician to come to my home and perform the recall repair. They were on time and efficient. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Waited 3 weeks for a recall that took less than an hour. But returned with a dead battery. Service writer failed to mention “Weak battery” & had zero concern that I had no issues with battery until now.
