This wonderful establishment offers top-notch equipment and an awesome childcare center, welcoming visitors with open arms. The facility features a nice pool, where swimming lessons are available, though the lifeguards can be talkative at times. While the parking situation could be improved, the YMCA provides a great space for kids' birthday parties and a dedicated kids' zone. Customers appreciate the water jets in the shallow indoor pool, even though only one out of two is functioning, and praise the lifeguards, especially Cameron and Micah, for their excellent service. The YMCA also hosts a thriving pickleball community, catering to players of all skill levels. Overall, the Anderson Area YMCA is a valuable community resource, offering a wide range of activities and opportunities for personal growth and well-being.

This is a wonderful establishment and community! The equipment is top notch and those who work at the childcare center are awesome! They are always so welcoming to our daughter as soon as we walk in. I’m so grateful that Anderson has this Y!
