Just bought our long sought out sectional that has been wanted for over 5 years now. Immediately greeted by their floor staff Lee & Bri. I truly appreciate the patience and all around willingness to assist us. We just got our last box for the sectional to take home & put together. But I truly would recommend this Anderson location to anybody who is looking for furniture. The pricing and customer service could not be beat.Thank you Lee & Bri.

As a former employee of American freight in Anderson SC, I was excited to bring my brother to shop for a queen mattress and box spring. The set my brother picked out was not in stock. I spoke with Lee and asked him if he could work with him on a different set. Well... I guess Lee was happy to see us leave, I found him not excited about working with us. Very disappointing. I was taught to not let a customer walk if possible. Lee didn't seem to care about it. Things must have changed since I was there. I got the impression I was not welcome there for my business. Just sad... customer satisfaction is the best way for new business.
