I will never go to this place again. They change the price after she was almost done. It to almost 5 hours for just the top because the girl had to bottle feed her 3 year old daughter. Walk her around. She would tie the chid on her back , walk around. It was very unprofessional. The mom stretched out on the sofa with a phone on both ears talking loud. Then some guy started braiding my hair. Smh never again. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

If you are tender headed this is not the place to go ! Shop is gross and unkept. Braids turned out okay but not what I had asked for.

The owner didn’t show for her own appointment I called she said she would be there in 7 minutes I waited 30 and she never came it says she opens at 8 my appointment was at 9 I left after waiting in the parking lot at 9:35

All I can say is NEVER again. They destroyed my natural hair. I have spent the last 20 months growing out my natural hair and they destroyed it! The lady took a super hot blow dryer to my hair and did not apply a heat protectant and then proceeded to comb my natural hair from the roots with a fine tooth comb! I quickly asked her to stop and she kept going basically burning my scalp and hair. I basically got up and was about to walk out of the shop and then the lady said okay and grabbed a wider tooth comb. Unbelievable!So finally when the other lady started my hair, several hours after my actual scheduled appointment time, she also grabs a fine tooth comb and starts combining my natural hair from the roots, now mind you I had just bought her a set of wide tooth combs from the beauty supply store but she insisted on using the smallest comb!! And then gave me an attitude because I was asking her to use a bigger comb on my hair, like, really lady?Please if you have natural hair DO NOT go there under any circumstances, they have no concept of how to care for natural hair. Do yourself a favor and go to a natural hair care stylist instead, that is what I should have done!!!

Unprofessional.... told them not to do the braides so tight. They didn't listen. I didn't get the style I wanted was told to be there at 3 they didn't get to me till 6

They, braided my scalp.. they tortured me for 4 hours and wouldn't let me up,I had to tell them to put on their mask.. they talked the whole time..I paid them $180.00 I asked for big boxed braids.. they didn't do nothing that I asked them to do I was in cruciating pain.. and they had the nerve to ask me to give them a ride home!when I got home I had to take it out because I know that I couldn't sleep my head was hurting so bad my eyes was red I would never recommend nobody to go to them witches anymore!
