Ace Hardware staff is a bit old (No offense), other than that Ace needs to revamp their stores to include more generic items similar to Lowes and Home depot

I was followed around the whole store like she thought I was going to steal something she would just stand there watching me I need a chemicals for my pool but didn't get them I went to the counter to pay for my couple things that I had gotten and told the cashier of the experience she said it wasn't the first time and said the girl's name was Deborah and a lot of customers complained about that about her following them around then and Deborah & I had words at the counter.she don't need to be acting like that .. n.i have never sole anything.but I will never go back into the store again. and I'm not the only one there's a lot of people that talk about this woman treating them like this .my mother lives about a mile from store but I went all the way to Lowe to get her air conditioner because I won't shop at ace

I usually love going to ace until u got people acting like your steeling . Standing at the end of every Ilsle you go to even back tracking when you for got something .I think it's really messed up to do people that way and very rude . So will not go back and suggest if u got a little tan or on the same level as they think they are don't bother going to a place who judges and looks down on there paying customers

High prices, very unfriendly staff and now you have to get help to unlock most everything. I made my decision the last time I was there I would never return, no matter how close or convenient it is.
