I am updating my review and giving Less than 1 star I trusted our stuff would be safe there at least that's what they tell you before you purchase a unit and not only that but they make you write a good review b4 you purchase the unit....our stuff was not safe it got broken into and not once did a owner reach out to us then it was broken into again... I just finally got a call from a owner today and all this started back in December (2023) it didn't get anywhere I still didn't feel like they care about anyone's things so I would not go to them. They are all about getting their payment but when the shoe is on the other foot they don't care pay pay pay but just so happens when everytime something happens cameras are down. I really feel they could have handled it with more compassion and care but there was none. Oh and I just received a letter after all this time they are going to be doing repairs a little late now right you would think that would have happened after the first break in and no I'm not talking about mine but I'll leave that alone.
I want to give 5 stars bc Kayla really helped me with not being so stressed about our moving/storage needs thanks so much.

This is a well established business and as such the prices are very reasonable. Heather and Ms Faith are two wonderful souls that will do anything in their ability to get you what you need for any circumstances. I currently have two units and will be graduating into one of their larger options in time. I highly recommend this place, especially with the staff being so pleasant to do business with.
