David cling drove out of his way to get to us in a timely manor he was quick and extremely professional! Even though I called many times to make sure he was going to the correct place he didn't get frustrated with us and was very understanding to the situation. My wife and I were traveling to Hilton Head Island for the weekend with our two young children when our car began leaking coolant in a stretch of highway with limited cell service on a Friday afternoon after 4pm. Within 10 minutes of being called, Sean the tow truck driver was on the scene and got us loaded up. Not only was he professional but extremely friendly and helpful! What a blessing to have the family out of the 95-degree heat. When we arrived at R and R Motor Company, they quickly and accurately identified a bad water pump. Most companies would have kept the car for a repair in the following week, but not this amazing team. David and the other mechanics located one at the parts store, picked it up, installed it and had us on the road in an hour! As we waited my wife and kids were treated so well in the office with kindness that is rare to find anywhere this day in time.
