These people are absolutely amazing! My wife and I were traveling to Hilton Head Island for the weekend with our two young children when our car began leaking coolant in a stretch of highway with limited cell service on a Friday afternoon after 4pm. Within 10 minutes of being called, Sean the tow truck driver was on the scene and got us loaded up. Not only was he professional but extremely friendly and helpful! What a blessing to have the family out of the 95-degree heat. When we arrived at R and R Motor Company, they quickly and accurately identified a bad water pump. Most companies would have kept the car for a repair in the following week, but not this amazing team. David and the other mechanics located one at the parts store, picked it up, installed it and had us on the road in an hour! As we waited my wife and kids were treated so well in the office with kindness that is rare to find anywhere this day in time. As a business owner myself let me tell you about how extremely rare it is to have excellent service and repair in such a short amount of time. You will not go wrong working with R and R Motor Company! Thank you for your kindness, expertise and professionalism. Thank you for saving us on a Friday afternoon with such efficiency that we still made it to our vacation!

For someone out of town, trying to get work done on my vehicle.he only takes cash, I don't have 5000.00 in my pocket.only in the bank or credit card.my bank isn't near here.gotta call someone else.

My son, 2 friends and I were driving from Augusta to Savannah late on a Sunday when my car broke down almost 2 hours from home. David from R&R went way above and beyond to take care of us. He could've charged us double what he did for the long tow ride. I told him the price was fair and asked if he was sure he was willing to drive that far. He responded that while he wasn't hoping to be driving that far on a Sunday night, we needed help and helping people is what he does. We are extremely lucky to have found David and this great company.
