Ya, my sentiments with many of the other reviewers... This Walmart is pretty junky. (thumbs down) The first thing I notice is that there's no flooring, it's just the bare concrete floor. The store has been like this for a looooong time. Don't ya guys think it's time to put some tile there? Like, it would look nicer. As if you just didn't buy the building the other day as an abandoned warehouse and did a quick conversion into a retail store. The part that really got to me was that there was seafood on the shelf that was expired yesterday. Not to mention, my hometown Walmart discounts meats and seafoods when it's a couple days close to expiration to incentivize that they get purchased. NOTHING in the meat section was marked down, which tells me that you guys are either unwilling to mark it down or unable to mark it down. I didn't inspect the entire section, but if you're letting the seafood go as-is, who knows how the rest is. I almost never shop here, but each time I do, I get left with a lousy sentiment. There are Walmart stores I visited in the middle of nowhere, Tennessee, the middle of nowhere, Iowa, those stores looked NICE compared to yours and Aiken isn't exactly a small town.

A good visit today to pick up some food, drinks and supplies. The store is in good condition with decently stocked aisles and no litter or trash on the floors. Many customers are not wearing masks, and that's a thing. I got what I needed and got out as quickly as I could. Sporting goods and auto equipment were well stocked. I found some interesting stuff in the clearance aisle as well. Produce was good with very few limited items. Deli, frozen, all in good shape. Checkout was the usual Walmart checkout with not enough registers open and a few people waiting in each aisle. I did the self checkout where there are decals on the floor to help people with social distancing. I was able to successfully use my cart to help with the guy behind me that apparently wanted to cuddle? Overall, A-OK. About normal for a Walmart. When going in there you will be waiting for a long time to checkout. Because some of the employees being walking around instead of checking people out. Some of the employees be having attitudes for no reason.

There's a guy at the door wiping down the cart handles... nice! What do you expect to find when folks panic buy? I grabbed some chicken breast (not too many other chicken options available. Grabbed some beef sausage, bananas, snacks, charcoal ($9 for 36#), a thermometer, and a few other things to help keep folks sane. They had just opened lines to cashiers when I was checking out. When I walked in around 830ish, only the Scan n Go aisles were open. I didn't tarry inside, I went in, got what I needed and was out. I even practiced social distancing in the parking lot. It makes for a longer walk though! I got home and was remind that I forgot to get eggs!!

Very poor customer service, They need to send all of their employees to school, especially if they are working behind customer service.they don't want to stand behind their products, I took a damaged paddle that I ordered from Walmart and they told me that I had to send it back to the manufacturer,No!!! give me another paddle that's it. I had to show my you no what just to get another paddle, I had to go through 3 people before 1 would give me another paddle.I had just purchased 2 Kayaks that came with paddles, 1 of the paddles was damaged. All I wanted was my paddle so I could use both kayaks. Aiken, SC, Walmart, Richland Ave.

4/17/19 Walmart tire center.. it has taken 4 hours to install 2 small car tires, I arrived at 8am. They put my paperwork in the "complete stack" apparently and never started on my car until 2 hours later! The employees (ladies) in this department have been exxxxtremely rude and disrespectful when I've been nothing but understanding with them. I will never use a Walmart tire center again. That's a fact. The way They been acting I'm concerned, I want to check my lug nuts to make sure they are tight... that's how hateful they have been.

The worst Walmart in the universe!! Time and time again, I have received horrible service. The store is dirty, the shelves are poorly stocked. Today, I was at the self-check out. I told the woman working in the area that I had wine and would need approval. After about ten minutes of her ignoring me and other customers, several of us left. (4:20 p.m.) I tried continuously to call to speak to a manager. At first, there was no answer after many attempts. We I finally got someone to answer, I was put on hold. After about 10 minutes of no one picking-up, I hung up. Done, through, finished with this Walmart!! You are pathetic!!

Horrendous Walmart. The employees have been rude literally every time we have shopped here. There is not a high standard of cleanliness, usually a lot of stuff is dusty, and their floors are far from perfect. The shelves are always a mess also. But what really upsets me about this Walmart is how completely and totally disrespectful the workers are. The cashiers are always very loudly holding conversations with each other, consumed with their phone, and rarely greet us or say thank you. I know that some would say, "if you wanted good service why did you go to Walmart." But I've found Walmarts in the south have nice employees who don't give us grief. I strongly believe that in the beautiful welcoming city of Aiken, we should not have to put up with hostile employees. I will be sure not to return, there are plenty of stores in Aiken and it is well worth paying slightly more.

Not very clean even for a wal mart. No matter what time you go, it seems like they only have the self check out open and no one to help you. Anyone you ask for help has the same answer, oh this isn't my department. If you have a question about an item, they tell you it's out of stock without even looking.
