Verizon is the worst business in existence. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. There is not one positive thing that I can say about the company or the employees. I will never choose this company for cell service again, even if I have to use a can with a string on it... it would still be better than the service that I receive from them. It is my mission to keep as many people as possible from ever using their service.

I walked in to purchase/upgrade my phone to the iPhone 13. First he was very inconvenienced that I was in there asking questions and motioned me over to the phone and pointed at it as if I knew what to do. Then he went to tell me that they are shortstaffed and cannot help me upgrade my phone and then I would have to do it online and then pick it up at the store. So I started to order online so that I could get the phone same day and while I was doing that all four employees were sitting at the table chitchatting about personal things and I was the only customer in the store. Please help me understand why he couldn’t help me upgrade my phone! Then another customer comes in and she asks the exact same questions that I asked and he answered them instead of pointing her over to the phone to get the answers from the phone. Now let me just say I am not a rude customer. I was very friendly and just needed help upgrade my phone. I ended up leaving the store Because I was so frustrated with the process. Note to the gentleman with the NFL jersey on working Sunday, December 9, 2023 if you didn’t wanna work today that is not my problem. Thanks for nothing if you work on commission you’re a lousy salesman. Signed very nice customer who just needed your help and thought if I go into the store I’ll have much better luck than going online. Wow was I wrong.

This location seemed like a winner when I purchased my new phone and 2 new watches....However, upon returning and dealing with a lack luster manager (Phan) who was intent on going home and talking to the 5 employees in the store...it was a very different experience...Zero customer care or interest. I was the only customer at the time....Sad.

I came in with an issue of receiving a free phone upon switching. When I originally signed up I did not know I could get one. I arrived a few days to see if I could get it. There were a few complications,but Jamilah and Tolbert were patient and helped me out.

So I ordered a replacement phone (samsung S21 from ebay) it was unlocked, looked nice.Only one problem, that was the sim card would not show as being installed.I searched online, called customer service, chatted with Verizon to no avail.So before sending the phone back, I decided to try one last thing: the Verizon store usually is not the 1st choice since it almost always takes an hour or longer to get to an agent, this time they were very much on their game. The agent was knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped and activated my phone via an esim card because the sim slot was faulty even though I had been told by phone agent that this one wasn't eligible. Even though I came into this store looking like a bum with dirty work clothes, and a beat up old s9 with cracks in it, he treated me like a valued customer. I was close to ending my service and going elsewhere, so that meant a lot to me thank you.

Went to this store 3 times to get phone service, we stopped going to this store as they are understaffed and under trained. If they have to do anything to support customer service you’ll want to find a different store. We ended up at the Verizon store on Richland. This guy was an expert.

Quick but it too 2 customer service reps to answer a question about the new Samsung galaxy Z4 flip phone. I think service reps should be educated on the new phones they sell. I am expected to know new meds and side effects on my job

So...I was having phone trouble. Big trouble switching from another carrier to Verizon. After having many phone tech calls that ended in tears, I was told to go to a Verizon store. Phan was Phan-tastic. Got me sorted and taken care of. He took extra time to make sure that my problem was solved!! Full recommend the crew at this store. Top notch!!

Waited 20 minutes without any help or greeting from staff. Employees did not even attempt to address the roughly 10 customers waiting for assistance. Terrible service.

This entire Verizon experience for the past 6 weeks has been totally unbearable. From wait times in store and total dissatisfaction with the cell phone service to not being able to contact store has been ridiculous And now this thing wants me to give at least one star. There needs to be a way to take away a star or two.

I changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service we received this past Monday when we went in for our appointment. . Our appointment was on schedule and Rosalyn was so helpful, knowledgeable, , and patient in getting us set up with 2 new phones. Thank you Rosalyn!
