If I could give them zero stars I would! I went in today as I was having connection problems with my new iPhone 15. The guy said that there was no issues with my iPhone. I showed him how there was something in my Verizon cart that I accidentally placed into my Verizon cart and I couldn’t remove it. He actually pressed the button to make changes to my account (to buy the cart) and said, “No problem I have your account pulled up over here and I will cancel the order.” I get home and my phone starts acting weird and starts self installing a new eSIM card to add a new line to my phone. I called Verizon Technical Support and they tell me that is because I just ordered a new plan with 2 lines. Yup that wonderful technical support person inside of the Verizon store that told me that he would just cancel the order he made did NOT cancel the order he made. People if something is wrong with your phone I suggest that you take it to Augusta. Oh while I was on the phone with Verizon Technical Support they helped me fix the initial issues with my iPhone that I went into the store to address. Of course the “rocket scientist” in Verizon said my phone was not having any technical issues whatsoever. Verizon is charging me for a replacement router that I NEVER ordered and your stupid reply below cannot be copied and pasted into a resolution! I NEVER received the replacement equipment that an India Sweatshop worker ordered that wasn’t necessary. I have called Verizon and went into the store and NOTHING has worked to resolve the issue. On my latest bill I was charged $5.23 for a disconnected line that the Aiken Verizon store ordered that I never ordered!

Tolbert was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and went way above and beyond to assist us. Transferring a phone is not an easy nor is it a quick process. Tolbert's willingness to provide a positive attitude and experience to my 11 year old daughter and it can never be expressed in words, THANK YOU!!

Laura the store manager is one of the rudest managers I’ve ever delt with. She had a nasty attitude and refused to answer simple questions about my plan unless I paid a $30 service fee. She was extremely unprofessional and out of line. She needs to be set back to training because she was the worst. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

The manager, Laura, was extremely rude and not willing to help me. I had spoke with customer service when I experienced a problem activating a new phone I had shipped to my home. They advised me to go to the local Verizon store for help. Laura informed me that in order to help me there would be a $30 service charge. I found that completely unacceptable when I've been a Verizon customer for over 30 years. She was inconsiderate and unprofessional. Meanwhile why we were waiting for her to help us an elderly lady walked into the store needing assistance with her bill. Jaimie refused to get up off his butt and acknowledge after she tired to speak with him. He rudely said "I can't hear you" and threw his arms up in the air. I said the least you could do was get up and come over to her, to which he answered that he was busy (he wasn't) and rolled his eyes. There are much more professional ways to handle experiences like this of which NONE of the staff have obviously been trained in proper customer service. Will never return!

Verizon is the worst business in existence. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. There is not one positive thing that I can say about the company or the employees. I will never choose this company for cell service again, even if I have to use a can with a string on it... it would still be better than the service that I receive from them. It is my mission to keep as many people as possible from ever using their service.

I walked in to purchase/upgrade my phone to the iPhone 13. First he was very inconvenienced that I was in there asking questions and motioned me over to the phone and pointed at it as if I knew what to do. Then he went to tell me that they are shortstaffed and cannot help me upgrade my phone and then I would have to do it online and then pick it up at the store. So I started to order online so that I could get the phone same day and while I was doing that all four employees were sitting at the table chitchatting about personal things and I was the only customer in the store. Please help me understand why he couldn’t help me upgrade my phone! Then another customer comes in and she asks the exact same questions that I asked and he answered them instead of pointing her over to the phone to get the answers from the phone. Now let me just say I am not a rude customer. I was very friendly and just needed help upgrade my phone. I ended up leaving the store Because I was so frustrated with the process. Note to the gentleman with the NFL jersey on working Sunday, December 9, 2023 if you didn’t wanna work today that is not my problem. Thanks for nothing if you work on commission you’re a lousy salesman. Signed very nice customer who just needed your help and thought if I go into the store I’ll have much better luck than going online. Wow was I wrong.

This location seemed like a winner when I purchased my new phone and 2 new watches....However, upon returning and dealing with a lack luster manager (Phan) who was intent on going home and talking to the 5 employees in the store...it was a very different experience...Zero customer care or interest. I was the only customer at the time....Sad.

I came in with an issue of receiving a free phone upon switching. When I originally signed up I did not know I could get one. I arrived a few days to see if I could get it. There were a few complications,but Jamilah and Tolbert were patient and helped me out.
