GREAT PEOPLE! I was traveling from another state and I had an incident (totally unexpected). They found a way to inspect my car, then advised me on the next best method. They truly have a passion for what they do. I am so grateful I came to them for help.

Was in town picking up a horse and got a bolt in my trailer tire. They had me in with less than a 10 minute wait and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly staff and wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Tyler tires’s service was extremely fast and pleasant! They sent off a cracked rim for our Volvo and had it back in only 24 hours! Not only was the cost affordable, but they even swapped the donut on the car with the new rim for no charge at all! We will definitely use them in the future.

They were able to get me in for an oil change and tire rotation. They even checked my brake pads. Fast work, fair price.

Always an honest experience. They tell you the price before they do the work, and I've never had an issue with surprise fees or suggesting that I do more than is necessary. My go-to for tires and repairs in Aiken.

I thought this place was honest. I went in less than a month ago because my air was not working. They added Freon recharged and put dye in to check for any leaks. I went back 3 days later, no leaks found. Cold air lasted 2 weeks. Went back in and was told they would I have to do the procedure all over again. When I asked how much if any it would cost they said there was no warranty on Freon and now Freon has more than doubled so they were gonna charge me another $200 on top of the $130 this doesn’t sound right and when I asked how do you know it needs Freon they said they didn’t know. it could be something else I don’t understand why I would have to re-pay for something that didn’t work the first time really disappointed. I was planning on using Tyler‘s auto for my future needs. Very disappointed.

went to NTB today for an oil change and rotation asked them to check the brakes. The rep came out after maybe 10 minutes and said they can’t rotate due to tread being to low and a nail in one of the tires but the brakes are good. They never took the tires off to even check the brakes. When I asked them how do they know they are good if they never took the tires off. The rep said they looked at them with a flash light. I have drum brakes in the rear. I asked her how can they check drum brakes with a flash light and she did not respond, but instead just stared at me and looked puzzled. They gave me a price quote for a set of bfgoodrich tires that were around $800 and $900 for a set of Michelin. I decided to not go there, because I felt I could not trust them. I went to a tire shop down the road and the exact same tires were $300 less in price. NTB is only good for maybe oil changes I really would not trust them for brake inspections. Instead I went to Tyler Tire in Aiken SC. They got me in the same set of tires that NTB quoted for $800 for about $500. The salesman was very knowledgeable and did not try and upswell me. The tech actually checked my brakes like the tech at NTB should have. I suggest if you live in Aiken SC got to Tyler Tire instead of NTB.

After being told I had to get new rims ($1200 & 10 days wait), Tyler Tire used their resources to have the rims repaired, slapped a new set of tires on and sent us safely on our way for 1/3 of the cost. Thank You Tyler Tire & Auto
