I'm probably going to change gas companies. I found 2 leaks in my gas line. 2 men came out here to fix it and said they only found 1 leak but I know there were 2, I seen it myself. It seemed like they were not hearing me out and left it as is. I do not feel safe using my gas fire place in my home. I called back to try and explain and because it passed the "leak test" they made it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about. I don't feel safe.

The level of customer service is outstanding (Aiken Office) From the folks who are in the office to those who are in the field, everyone I’ve had contact with has been amazing. We quoted 3 companies when we were shopping for a new install at our new house, Thompson Gas wasn’t the cheapest but they were the only company that scheduled a prompt appointment, called to confirm, showed up on time, and worked hard to get our install done. For us, the service outweighs the slightly higher cost. I recommend them for all your propane needs.

Whenever I need gas whether it's on the route or not my request is fulfilled quickly. The staff is always pleasant and prompt.

The staff is courteous and helpful. From the office person to the delivery person. They automatically fill my propane tank without me having to call. I have been with them several years, when they were Energy United.
