people that work at this place a Liars I called at 8:29 a.m. on Monday January 15th this is the dog I want that was there but I had to show up at 11:00 with the leash and collar otherwise I couldn't take them home when I got there I was told the dog was being held for someone coming down 2 hours driving down to Aiken South Carolina 2 hours away and that they were holding the dog for those people to have a meet and greet when you call the specifically tell you that they do not do not hold animals ending is I never got the dog they try to shove a different dogs down my throat and I called today January 16th they refuse to answer my calls I guess they see the caller ID so they just send my calls to voicemail so not professional the dog that I wanted name was javelin and they gave it to someone else how pathetic such bad behavior especially when it comes to an animal a beautiful little dog they would have had a beautiful life with me they take the dogs they give it to their friends all their family members they're horrible for nothing more to say about these people but to stay away .

This place is ok for just getting shots but NOT anything else. I took my 10 yr old pit mix to them a week and half ago for them to look at a large mass on his left side of his abdomen. Told them I was worried about it and I was afraid that it was going to abscess and rupture. They told me that it was a fatty tumor and it wasn't nothing to worry about. Well here it is a week and half later and I just had to rush him to Blue Pearl animal hospital because it ruptured just like I thought it would. So now I will not take an animal to this place again. They have lost all the trust and confidence I had in them.

We Love this place! Best place for our Fur Baby for Vet care! Very nice staff and Very reasonable pricing! Also has an adoption agency next door for pets! Please adopt You a new fur baby from here!

I'm assuming due to a shortage of staff - their overall performance has been lacking. Especially, compared to previous visits and any business I've had with the SPCA.Thank you for responding to my previous post. But, looking back I feel I was alittle harsh or maybe I didn’t communicate well. I have no complaints about any of the service my Yorkie has received, at all. Everyone is actually great. Wether it be a wellness visit or just refill his meds. But, there has been a shortage of staff therefore the hours of operation are few and far between. And, his medicine had a significant increase in price. But, I’m sure none of this was at the hand of the folks I deal with! Having said all this - I would like to rate y’all at 4stars today.

There are always really wonderful, kind, and generous people taking care of the animals. I’ve adopted two dogs from them. Really a fantastic organization. Don’t buy your pets, adopt the ones that need a home ❤️❤️❤️

Tool several feral kittens we are finding homes for. They did a great job getting them on an antibiotic for an infection and making sure we had what we needed to be successful.

This review is for the veterinary side of this organization. This place is a none-profit organisation. Hence, customer service is NOT a priority! Expect 3 hours wait time.For the record, I used them since 2018. I basically stopped soliciting their business simply because they are open 4 hours a week :/ ..At least for now, I don’t recommend using them until they get their resources back to acceptable levels. Or use them… if you don’t mind the long waits and dealing with disorganized frustrated volunteers.
