They are so attentive & friendly that I actually look forward to seeing them & know my job will be easier thanks to them. “Great service. I only went here because the post office I was at didn’t have boxes available in the size I needed and they close at 4:30 in my area it was 4:27 and the usps employee said you can buy a box from Walmart and then come back. Well I had to ship this item that day. And of course wait until last minute. So I called going postal and he was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions without any sense of impatience and the call got disconnected and he had actually called me back before I could call him back. Which was a surprise. This place closed at 5:00 so I had a few minutes and it was right around the corner. I arrived and was the only one in the store and between me shipping a marketplace order for the first time and waiting on the purchaser to answer a few questions I still was not once rushed or given any of the classic body language signals like the invisible watch time check. But instead ended up conversing until about 10 after. I’m not a social person either but I left there and felt like I had just made a new friend. He had just made a return customer at the least. So I highly recommend and the price was half the amount I would have paid at the post office and they use professional carriers like FedEx and others so you still can track packages and do all the same options. Good experience.”

“The young man working alone at the counter was VERY patient with an older woman who was honestly giving him a hard time. He handled it very well and remained composed. Even I as a customer was behind the woman getting frustrated, and an entire line piled up while she kept on with her antics. I had never used this location or any other UPS access point before, but he answered my questions and helped me quickly. It was super easy and fast.”
“They have various baby shower invitations to choose from. Check out Staples website under "Services" -> "printing & marketing" for their same-day "Cards & Invitations" designs. The cards are all beautifully printed on Matte card stock paper. It's much better than what I imagined.
The price for their cards are a bit over $1.00 per card for starting orders of 25 and more. Most of the cards are ready by the next day at the latest. Why wait online when the cards can be ready on the day of or the next day. The cards are worth the price and the "wait". A bonus, service was excellent.”
