We went to the cafeteria to get some lunch and normally there is an older man and an older women working with help in the back and they take FOREVER to move the line. I went there today with a long line awaiting me but Emori and Zoe handled the line and kept it moving with zero issues. They both deserve a promotion with more pay.
Here to update my review yet again. Howard and Lucy the two slow Cafe workers where very rude and forgot about my order completely. When I asked for a refund she rudely told me I had to go to customer service and wanted nothing to do with helping me. She needs to be fired she sucks at her job. I believe my 2 year old could do aswell of a job that she does if not better. Please fix this issue sams I like coming there for lunch be she makes it a miserable experience everytime. Everytime I come there when it's her and Howard the line is to the bathroom. When Emori and Zoe run it there is no issue. On top of that lavonya came to talk to me to inform me that her employee said I recorded her which is a lie. So now she is also a lier. Also lavonya was very rude and disrespectful when I told her I didn't want help anymore because I had to take matter into my own hands by leaving sams a terrible review. I hope so many people read this review and start shopping at Costco like I will start to do. I had 6 customers and 3 of your employees tell me that lavonya is a female dog and abuses her power. And that they don't blame me for the way I acted because the service sucked and Lucy was rude.

I have to give a shout out to Ben this evening for his hard work. I went to get an online order and asked if it was ready and he apologized to me that it wasn't due to being backed up since he go into work at 12. I told him it was okay. When I finally got my order after waiting an hour (not his fault) he apologized again and I again told him that I understood. He was trying to get orders out as quickly as he could. If you're reading this Ben thank you for your hard work and dedication. And thank you for the hug. I could tell he was trying as hard as he could in this heat.

Waste of time. Half the time they don't have what I went for. What's the sense in having self checkout if you have to stand in line afterwards so they can scan what you just bought before they allow you to leave the store.

Disappointed Grad!!! These were the worst cake and cupcakes ever!!! They were the driest cakes EVER!!! Everyone complained! I know things are hectic at graduation but this is ridiculous!!! :(
