First of all, the employee, “zariel” was so rude when I came in to do my return. She has no business being in customer service with her nasty attitude. My husband and I came in to purchase some shoes and we wanted to do the buy one get one half off. We’ll apparently there are certain stipulations with that, that we didn’t know about about. When we asked her about she talked to us like we were stupid. That’s what got me mad and upset. Her customer service SUCKS and I did NOT appreciate the attitude she gave. We won’t be back and I will contact the higher ups.
