“The level of customer service is outstanding (Aiken Office) From the folks who are in the office to those who are in the field, everyone I’ve had contact with has been amazing. We quoted 3 companies when we were shopping for a new install at our new house, Thompson Gas wasn’t the cheapest but they were the only company that scheduled a prompt appointment, called to confirm, showed up on time, and worked hard to get our install done. For us, the service outweighs the slightly higher cost. I recommend them for all your propane needs.”
