The customer service was excellent the sales person took the time to and patients to answer questions I had she showed complete professionalism we need more people working in customer service like that young lady I will definitely refer my friends and family to that location

there was a sign on the door “restroom break” we got there at 4:40p. Called the store multiple times standing outside, nothing. Left at 4:55p to try to get to Augusta location before they closed at 6.

There is a younger lady in here that always has the right touch, when I am visiting this location. She manages to give me the best bang for my buck and is extremely helpful! These people are the reason we have remained MetroPCS customers!

What’s up with you guys not updating the stores number on Google? I drive by your store everyday to get to work. It’s still there....... open signs on but can’t get anyone on the phone. Had to ask a employee for the stores number and they wrote it on a sticky note. Why should I need to go out of my way like this? How long does it take to update google?
