When we first moved here we pulled in out of the blue to Mattress Man. Louis is the reason we bought a mattress that day and 2 more since then. Not only is Louis knowledgable about mattresses and bedding he is an Aiken local, with all the honesty and integrity of his family name. Lewis at the Aiken store spent several hours with us showing all the mattress options and encouraging us to lie on each one until we found one that we both liked. He had no problem with us shopping around at other stores—none had a mattress as comfortable as the one that we had chosen at his store. We returned and negotiated a bit, and he came up with a price with which we were all comfortable. He was patient, pleasant, humorous, and very very fair with no pressure. The delivery was the very next day, with skilled and nice young men, who removed the old mattresses and frame, set up the new one showing me how the adjustable frame control worked, and answered all my questions. Our experience could not have been better!

When I first stepped in the store I felt at home. I was treated respectfully and was given a range of products and prices. The experience was seamless. I was in and out with my brand new mattress under 30 minutes. I loved it. Best mattress and salesman I've worked with.

I recently bought a new bed and was assisted with a very knowledgeable and pleasant individual who helped me with questions that I had. The Delivery was prompt and courteous. They put the new bed frame together and disposed of the old bed as well. I would recommend mattress man superstore for anytime you need a new bed.

Looking for the right mattress ispersonal and from our experiences we knew what we needed. We found the mattress and a great sale price at MattressMan. We had gotten an estimate for the total cost including delivery and went to check three more mattress stores the same day. After we reviewed our experiences, We came back to Mattress Man Superstore and Louis ordered our mattress. Customer service is great, a great sale price for the mattress, and to top this, the delivery services is excellent. We sleep good on the mattress we bought and have ordered another one for our guests bedroom. All is good.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Hubert took his time with us ensuring that we were choosing the right mattress. Lewis set up the delivery and removal of the old mattress. The delivery guy Tyler was right on time and they did a great job. We were very satisfied with the overall experience with MattressMan of Aiken and recommend them highly.
