I have been a customer for Chevy of Aiken for 15 years bought a Kia Forte that lasted a really long time had the normal wear and tear over the years it was used when I bought it but I had no complaints. we also bought a Pontiac Vibe that was a good car no complaints. in December of 2021 I bought a Chevy Equinox in August of 2022 it started having issues it needed new tires whole set, it needed a new battery, it needed front brakes, the 2010 to 2017 Equinox have oil consumption problems. which they should know about because there was 2 bulletins issued about them. In November I called them and they said come in we will see what we can do for you, the only thing they did for me was give me a runaround and said they wouldn't buy a battery cuz it had been a year which it was a month away from being a year and was going to do something about a recall on a windshield wiper that's it that's all they're going to do for me. they didn't even do a diagnostic to see what was going on. Then in January I tried three times to call up there to talk to the sales manager and he was gone, finally talked to the general manager and I said I wanted to try to trade the vehicle so I went in to trade the vehicle and there was nothing they would do for me. I'm very disappointed cuz I really liked going to them and thought highly of them and even recommended other people to them but I won't do that no more

Yes, "technically" the oil filter became Defective after being pinched during installation. Again, we stand by our experience and assessment!

The sales department is great but the service department are the slowest in aiken without a doubt. It takes them 2 hours just to change my oil and rotate tires. It takes me only a hour in my front yard.

This is the worst dealership I have ever i ever felt with in the USA. The service department inadequate there is little to no communication I had brought my truck in under warranty and was told to bring it back then we will order a part , then it was we have to call a glass company. Kept my vehicle for a week did not call me with the estimates and no authorization to fix this issue which I had been asking it to be fixed since I had been going there since February 2020. The service advisor put no notes in the computer ever about two different issues with the truck. I show up to a $586.00 bill on a repair that was never explained to me or gone over with me in detail before they fixed the issue. They held my vehicle ransom till I paid them. The GM accepted no responsibility and the owner said " I did not sell you the truck so I don't care ". Filing a legal case against them today. The other issues were not fixed either. I had to leave my vehicle with them for days, no call back

I received a field service action notice in the mail. The issue described in the notice seemed to be happening with my vehicle, so I took it into Master Chevrolet in Aiken, SC. We were told by the service center employee (maybe a manager) that he could tell us quickly if our problem fell under the coverage of the notice, but that if he did the diagnostic and we didn't have the problem that was covered under the field service action, then we would have to pay the fee for the test. We agreed since we were fairly certain that we had the described issue, which we did. While they have the vehicle in the shop, I received a call saying there was also some other problem that was going to cost almost $1000 to fix. After looking into the repairs proposed, I said to only address the field service issues, as that was the reason I took it to Master Chevrolet in the first place. Vaughn said no problem. When I picked up my vehicle, they said I owed $167 for the diagnostic. I told them that Vaughn had specifically told me that that fee would only apply if we didn't have the issue pertaining to the notice, which we did. Vaughn then proceeded to loudly tell me that he didn't care what I said, I wouldn't get my keys until I paid it. I was angry, but said fine I would pay it but that I would be reporting him and the issue. As I'm reaching to grab my card he slammed my key on the counter and yelled just take it and don't come back. 10 minutes later I got a phone call from the owner who proceeded to attack me for using curse words at his employee. I told him exactly what happened and he just kept screaming about me getting angry and me "not knowing who HE was". He actually said "Hey lady, don't you know who I am?!?" So I hung up. He then called several more times before I blocked him.

I had a smooth and easy purchase with Travis at Master Chevrolet he is awesome and honest very professional and not pushy at all! I started purchase online and travis assisted me with everything and answered all of my questions! It was a pleasure meeting everyone at master chevrolet! Even when i arrived everyone was welcoming and made sure to direct you to who you need to speak with! Will was a wonderful person as well he was honest and also made my process smooth! I really can't think travis and will both enough thank you for everything you guys did for me! I love my new ride ❤️

What a fantastic buying experience! ! Josh Stowe was my salesman, and let me just say, he is freaking delightful. We had a fun time. I found a great deal on a used Jeep Cherokee online. I wasn’t really expecting much for my trade in and totally willing to walk away if necessary. They offered me way more than my car was worth, and I got the Jeep for a good bit less than it is worth. My car payment actually went down, and I got an awesome “new to me” car. 10/10 recommend you carry your xxx to Master Chevrolet and check out what they’re offering. Small town friendly service and great prices. Also, ladies, Josh is single. ?

I absolutely loathe car dealerships, but over the past couple of months I've needed to go to one. I bought a truck in November and the process was completely painless, and the service was great. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for cheaper then I thought. Fast forward a couple of months and my wife and I decided that she needed something different. I was able to find a newer vehicle then what she had with a much much better extended warranty. There were a couple complications but the staff dang near bent over backwards to get everything fixed. If you are looking for a new vehicle (or new to you) I can not recommend this place enough. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I sold my car to Master Chevrolet. Out of 4 dealerships in the CSRA, they gave me the best offer out the gate. The other 3 dealers started by offering me several thousand dollars less than trade in value and making me haggle to get a fair offer. Brandon and Jason offered fair trade value and were very friendly.

So many dealers seem to be taking advantage of chip shortages and the Master dealership is no different. Most dealership will have a sales group a maintenance group that act like they do not belong to the same dealership unless you are buying any extended warranty. My issue is with the sales manager not technically telling a lie, along with the feeling of being disrespected with his arrogant attitude.

I could not recommend Master GMC more. I have purchased 5 cars/SUVs and most recently a truck from Will Schafer and his team. It is the smoothest and most professional team in town. Also, their service department is very attentive and friendly and accommodating. If you are a serious buyer and care about the entire experience being first class, go to one of the Master dealerships in the CSRA.

I am totally disappointed in my 4 day wait on my work truck, all 4 items/ indicator lights, were still on when I picked it up, while waiting on an additional $400.00 part that I wasn't aware of, while sitting at the shop, even a 6 yr. recall didn't get done in 4 days, it has to go back again! The fender wells wasn't put back in place,and the controller I have plugged in harness was still plugged in, did the mechanic do a diagnostic or not? also the representative tells me if I stop the payment they want be able to work on my truck anymore, the work I took to them wasn't done , who cares.

The worst customer service from an automotive shop. Charged me $3,000 to fix my truck and the parts I paid for, were never replaced, they put rusted old parts back on the vehicle and it broke again the next day. They will not stand by their terrible workmanship, it’s going to cost $2,000 to repair their mistake. I will never be back. They refuse to give me any refund!

The jury is still out on this place. Check engine light was on... It's a loose hose, we'll put a new one on and you're good to go. New hose installed. Paid the invoice. Three days later, CEL back on. Set an appointment to return. Smoked the system and found a leak in a solenoid. Replaced the solenoid, paid the invoice (minus the fees of the 1st visit) and went on my way. 2 days later (today), CEL back on! Stay tuned.
